I’m a huge advocate of refining initiatives that allow any level of talent to be developed to the maximum potential. Leaders and non-leaders alike need career-pathing, training and development. When you develop the skill to transform negative conflict into creative tension is when you will begin to earn and hold the respect of even those individuals who don’t agree with your positions.
