If a leader’s primary obligation is for the care and well being of those under their charge, then I would suggest that you cannot be an effective leader over the long-term without love, compassion and empathy. link] Dan Collins Mike, This is a very, very important post. While there were clearly a few moments last week that I found instructionally valuable in terms of creating a game changer ( Nando Parrado ), there weren’t nearly enough of them. A lesson that I learned long ago is that you simply cannot experience sustainable improvement without transformation. It was a game changer!
