If a label is broad enough - like the label "human" - it can automatically be an ethical and inclusive conversation.
I don’t know about you, but it’s almost as if we have raised a generation of leaders who feel they have a moral and ethical obligation to be politically correct – WRONG. In the end, leadership that adopts politically correct behavior and thinking places themselves and their organizations at great peril.
Leadership and life are built on relationships. Self-awareness allows you to separate yourself from what’s happening around you to identify your thoughts, feelings, physical state, and beliefsystems. Differentiator 2: Work Ethic and Personal Responsibility. But that doesn’t just happen. Self-Awareness.
