They focus on this marketing campaign or that new technology, and lose track of what’s most important. Help product marketing set the proper tone for the launch by understanding the new product’s strengths. A company’s success is ultimately a roll-up of all products and services selling for a profit.
And I write my daily blog (as I am doing right now). But you can’t argue that they have a compelling model that scared market leaders like McDonald’s and Dunkin Donuts to mimic a lot of their offerings. Their staff is always polite, engaging, and sometimes even fun to interact with. What does this mean to you?
