While you can argue that the board didn’t set some of the previous problems in motion, they did participate in how the situations were handled during and after the fact. When it works, it’s wonderful but the operative word is when it works. For a small business, this is a huge operational problem.

The number of companies participating in trade shows increases each year. While sales objectives are most common, trade shows may also be behavior, product, distribution or marketing oriented. Perform informal market research. Assess competition and the overall business climate. Encourage audience participation.
