With my years of experience as an executive leadership coach, I’ve come to recognize patterns in leadership behavior that can signal danger for even the most promising careers. And there’s no professional development without personal development… In this case, I suspect those leaders who find it difficult to express their compassion publicly could do so with some developmental work.
So, in today’s post I’ll share two a few tips on deciding which tasks, and to whom, the art of delegation should apply… As a CEO it is critical to develop a keen understanding of your value to the enterprise, and to further develop an awareness of activities that are dilutive to said value.

I had a lot of success early in my career. This has happened several times in my career. Your comment about the ability to develop as a leader by gleaning insights via social media from other leaders whom you've never met gives validity to three things: 1.) When I did this, I noticed that others would jump in and follow me.
It was a pain by then but during the rest of my career that mentality has stuck with me and I found that its always easier comming up with the simple solution in the first place rather than dealing with complex workflows until you have had enough and go back to simplify it.
