Creating a framework for decisioning, using a published delegation of authority statement, encouraging sound business practices in collaboration, team building, leadership development, and talent management will all help even out the uneven. It was a pain by then but during the rest of my career that mentality has stuck with me and I found that its always easier comming up with the simple solution in the first place rather than dealing with complex workflows until you have had enough and go back to simplify it. mikemyatt: A leaders Intellect should not be a depreci.
