I wasn’t getting the answers I wanted from the one person I was talking with – he kept saying “no” – so I politely ended the call. Delighting customers doesn’t build loyalty. Some employers believe in providing a little something extra to all employees during the Holiday Season as an expression of gratitude for their loyalty and contributions during the year without regard to performance. I personally dont feel bonuses work to promote a good work ethic. An idividual either has it or doesnt. Happy Holidays.
