A successful individual in this role must inspire and motivate teams, build robust relationships with clients and stakeholders, and uphold the highest ethical standards. Companies led by ethical leaders often see increased employee satisfaction and better financial performance.
I’ve learned these lessons through over 30 years of hard knocks, and have made a career out of helping others be successful. Don’t be one of those people, and you’ll have a long and satisfying career. I’ve seen too many workaholics ruin their health, their relationships, and if they are a manager, they burn out their employees.
