Sad, but true; much of my life and career I have attempted to achieve perfection in everything I do. The Hospital HumanResources Department had changed its name to The Employee Engagement Department. Each time I see that sign, I wonder what they might be doing differently now that they weren’t doing when they were called The HumanResources Department. And it started me thinking.
