The idea of curated customer experiences was something that had to be taught, and we chose candidates who wanted to learn and improve their careers. Create a missionstatement that goes beyond the basics. Instead of “here’s who we are and what we do,” our missionstatement speaks to the brand identity we’re cultivating.

Taking from my own experience, I've been lucky to be successful (measured by quick progression up the career ladder, material comforts etc) and yet I'm still working on being professionally significant.
