Many people believe that exceptional leadership is defined by strategic thinking, charisma, or decision-making skills. Character often doesn’t get the recognition it deserves because it’s not as flashy as other leadership traits. However, character is the key to unlocking true leadership potential.
Traditional qualities like decisiveness and charisma are no longer the sole markers of exceptional leadership. These traits foster environments of innovation, trust, and resilience, paving the way for sustainable success. They see ambiguity not as a hurdle, but as an opportunity for innovation and growth.
