As the officers and men are not permitted to visit their wives and families, I ought not to see my esposita — as it might make the men feel that I consult my own comfort regardless of theirs.&# Thanks for the great and important post! I’m always thankful for your insights.
I mentioned an example of this in a comment on a recent Ron Edmondson post dealing with Leading People Older Than You. I believe leaders need to recognize this point to avoid allowing one individual to take away too much energy from the broader team. Thank you for sharing Mike! Your insight is fantastic.
