With my interest in leadership and resilience, I watched with admiration as Jerri called out every employee who was there and the volunteers she knew, acknowledging their services. Build on your strength and corecompetencies. One of her major partners is the National HumanResource Association. Empathetic.
Even the most savvy CEO may have blind spots in his or her skill sets, corecompetencies, or voids in the org chart which can also cause blind spots. Moving on…Believe it or not, CEO is not always synonymous with all knowing business guru. Thanks again for the comment Mark.
