It was an amusing game at a leadership retreat, especially after a few adult beverages. The instructions were simply describe leadership as a highway sign and tell why. What should be the nature and practice of leadership in order for it to be effectively practiced? But the one that stumped us all was Speed Limit 24 MPH.
