There is friction between globalization and regional autonomy, a conflict between the desire for sustainability and the lure of rapid development, ongoing political uncertainties, and the ever-increasing impact of digital technology. These factors are redefining the shape of the global economic terrain.
These seasoned professionals step into senior roles within an organization on a temporary basis, engaging in strategic decision-making, crisismanagement, turnaround schemes, or filling gaps due to sudden departures or absences of incumbent executives.

The best leaders are focused on leading change and innovation to keep their organizations fresh, dynamic and growing. They find ways to consistently engage them and incorporate them into their innovation and planning initiatives. Others include a lack of focus on culture, failure to question assumptions, and poor innovation.
Should the traits mentioned above be more formally cultivated in leadership development programs? And there’s no professional development without personal development… In this case, I suspect those leaders who find it difficult to express their compassion publicly could do so with some developmental work.
If change and innovation weren’t key contributors to sustainable success, and the enterprise could just run on auto-pilot, you could replace the CEO with a General Manager. That is the question that many a business is forced to ask at some point during their life cycle. The fact is that business is not a static endeavor.
