Leadership today seems to be all too often confused with playing a game of dodgeball. We have too many people in leadership positions who can’t or won’t accept responsibility for anything. While this sounds simple enough at face value, I have consistently found that one of the most often overlooked leadership attributes is that of a positive attitude.
