Here’s the thing - leadership and conflict go hand-in-hand. Leadership is a full-contact sport, and if you cannot address conflict in a healthy, productive fashion then you should not be in a leadership role. If so, you likely have issues with conflict.
You cannot separate leadership from decisioning, for like it or not, they are inexorably linked. Peter Senge addressed this dilemma in his book The Fifth Discipline and accurately discerned that sound leadership decisions are based on systemic analysis before making a decision.
