By developing a qualitative and quantitative filtering mechanism for your decisioning process you can make better decisions in a shorter period of time. They make bad decisions. The harsh reality is that great numbers of leaders continue to operate in a vacuum by sequestering themselves away in the corner office and attempting to lead from afar.
