In this mutually beneficial environment, companies can accelerate their learning curves, share risks, and foster a culture of innovation.
Good business processes serve as the central nervous system for your organization providing a framework for every action, decision, activity or innovation to flow from and through. Don’t get caught in the trap of perpetual spending or development as a solution. No Band-Aids: Good process is not reactionary.

These conversations develop emotional connections and convey information that often has an impact on the execution of tasks. I’ve seen that, in general, women are better at relationships than men and it has to do with their being highly verbal. Women also tend to be more empathetic which increases connection too.

Some leaders who do this fail to develop what is arguably the most important character value: humility. Humility is not easily developed when you have wealth, power and/or status. It’s especially difficult to develop humility without the help of others. Humility develops in several ways. Herein lies the paradox.

They were exercising compassion, kindness, empathy and other emotional muscles of the heart that make them better connectors and will help them develop a Connection Culture. By doing this, ITA Group employees were serving a cause greater than self. I’m encouraged to see that more companies are doing these types of service projects.
