“Government Entrepreneur” is Not an Oxymoron

Consider Howard Stevenson’s definition of entrepreneurship: “the pursuit of opportunity without regard to resources currently controlled.” In fact, it’s from Stevenson’s list of pressures that pull managers away from entrepreneurship and towards administration. But, by and large, we don’t. Of course, that’s not all bad.
