OXYMORON …Great leaders are not politically correct, but they are politically savvy – there is a difference. Putting political agendas and peer pressure aside (as great leaders do), leaders should not make their choices based upon public opinion.

But now that they are starting to retire, what will happen to their stable work approach and traditional top-down leadership practices? This has contributed to a leadership gap: what millennials expect vs. what they are getting from their leaders. Nine clear leadership traits emerged. So where do we start? That’s what I did.
This not only refers to our political spectrum but to all corporate leaders and managers worldwide. In recent years, however, it has become increasingly clear that many leaders have lost sight of the importance of integrity and have engaged in behavior that calls into question their character and ethical standards.
