However, managing highly intelligent individuals comes with its own set of challenges. To truly harness their potential and drive organizational success, leaders must employ innovative and thoughtful strategies. Encourage them to take on new challenges, explore innovative solutions, and push the boundaries of their knowledge.
However, in a rush to meet deadlines and manage stress, we must not overlook the significance of relationships and creating connections—both with ourselves and others. Connection is a fundamental humanneed that can profoundly impact our wellbeing and effectiveness, especially in tumultuous times.
This according to a recent survey by Right Management. Without going too far into the psychology of connection, let me just summarize by saying simply that we are humans, not machines.
