Lets explore two critical domains where connections are paramount: innovation and talentmanagement. Innovation Is a Connection Issue Innovation is no longer a choice its a necessity for survival. But true innovation transformative, game-changing innovation requires more than resources or technical expertise.
Furthermore, you are likely just as familiar with my position that a static business, which doesn’t constantly innovate around the changing needs of the marketplace is the same thing as a dying business. From my perspective, I can’t imagine not integrating services throughout the talentmanagement lifecycle.
