SituationalLeadership ® is a common-sense, contingency-based leadership model that consists of four common leadership styles. Contingency-based” basically means the correct answer to the question: “What is the best leadership style?”. Answer: It depends!

The SituationalLeadership ® methodology is a “50 – 50 model.” It has been in active use for over 50 years, and it was created approximately 50 years after the discipline of organizational behavior and leadership development began. Leadership is never over (Organizations change, jobs change and so do people.).
